"Not gonna lie, uploading documents was frustrating"
Not gonna lie, uploading my documents was kind of a pain. The upload kept failing, and I had to try a few times before it finally went through. It worked in the end, but the whole process definitely wasn’t very smooth.

"Worked Fine in the End"
In the end, it worked fine, but I do wish the reporting was a little faster. I used CE Broker to check whether my course credits had been reported, and they did eventually show up. It just took longer than I expected, so I found myself checking back a few times. Not a huge issue, but definitely a bit annoying when you’re just trying to get it taken care of

"Convenient, but I’m not totally sold yet"
I do like having all my CE stuff in one place, and at first I assumed it was going to make everything way easier. It does help, but the tracking has been off a few times for me. A couple courses took longer than I expected to show up, and one credit looked like it was missing until I reached out to support. So yeah, it works, but I’m still a little hesitant to fully trust it right now...

"Not enough course options for what I needed"
I was a little let down by the course catalog. I went in thinking I’d be able to find what I needed easily, but a lot of it either wasn’t there or felt super limited. What’s the point if I still have to go search somewhere else, right?
For a site that’s supposed to help with CE, I really expected more variety. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it just felt kind of thin and not really worth spending much time on.

I don’t know, the subscription just doesn’t really feel worth it to me. Like, I expected more for the price, but after using it a bit it kind of just feels... unnecessary? It costs more than it should for what you actually get

"Honestly just frustrating to use"
I don’t get why this site has to be so complicated. Just finding my courses feels like a little mission. Then uploading stuff… too many clicks, too many random pages. It’s clunky. Sometimes I hit save and I’m still sitting there wondering if it actually saved or if I need to do it again. I only use it because I have no choice, but yeah. Every time I log in, it’s annoying.

"I got a renewal reminder it told me…"
I got a renewal reminder it told me almost nothing about what I was actually supposed to do. I had to go digging around the site like I was on some kind of treasure hunt, which felt a little ridiculous for something important. A renewal notice should be clear, direct, and actually helpful, not leave me mildly panicking and clicking around forever.

"Pricing Was Way Too Unclear"
I signed up thinking the pricing was straightforward, but then it started feeling like there were extra costs I wasn’t expecting. Give me a break — I shouldn’t have to click around a bunch just to figure out what I’m actually being charged for. They really need to make the pricing clearer upfront before you get too far into the process. Overall, not a great experience.

"I have to use CE Broker because..."
I have to use CE Broker because my state requires it, and it leaves a bad taste. The site itself is fine enough, but I feel kind of misled having to pay for a platform I never really chose in the first place. If it’s mandatory, it shouldn’t feel like an extra charge being forced on us.

"Account setup was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
Trying to set up my account was such a headache. The login kept failing, and even the password reset link didn’t fix anything. I spent way too much time going in circles, and the worst part was that nobody seemed to take ownership of the issue. I eventually just gave up because it felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere.

"Getting a refund was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I asked for a refund pretty much right after I realized I didn’t actually need the plan. i figured it would be quick, like canceling a food delivery before they start making it, but nope. It took way too long to get a straight answer, and I kept feeling like I was getting passed from one person or department to another. I don’t usually mind waiting a bit, I’ve waited longer for coffee when the machine at my local cafe was acting up, but this was just frustrating. The service itself might be fine for some people, but based on how messy the refund process was, I wouldn’t use it again unless they make that part a lot smoother.

"License renewal was more stressful than it should’ve been"
Maybe I’m being picky, but I don’t think it should’ve been that hard to figure out my renewal compliance. I had to keep chasing down my hours, and even after all that, it still wasn’t totally clear whether my license renewal was actually okay. It was annoying.

"Confusing as hell and no straight answers"
Dealing with this was a pain. Their emails were confusing as hell, and it felt like they were just tossing random steps at me with no clear direction. I had to reread the same stuff over and over like an idiot, and even then I still wasn’t sure if I’d done it right. Super frustrating

"Canceling just felt weirdly confusing"
I used CE Broker for a while, and when I didn’t really need it anymore, canceling felt more frustrating than I expected. It wasn’t some huge disaster or anything, but I had this strong feeling the whole time that I was missing something or clicking in circles. I wasn’t even totally sure the cancellation actually went through at first, which was kind of annoying. Support did help once I reached out, so that part was fine. I just really wish the cancel option was more obvious.

"Feels like upgrade reminders are everywhere"
I don’t remember every little thing about using the app, but what definitely sticks in my mind is how often it asks me to upgrade. It feels like every time I’m just trying to do something, another popup shows up. Annoying after a while.

"Feels like a bait and switch when I need my certificates"
I’m paying for storage, but trying to actually find my old certificates when I need them is way harder than it should be. Every time renewal time gets close, I end up stuck with upgrade prompts or being asked to log in again, like the thing I’m already paying for suddenly isn’t enough. It has a bit of a bait-and-switch feel to it. Support hasn’t been much help either, just generic canned replies that don’t really solve anything. Super frustrating.

I’m still missing my credits, and I just assumed they’d show up automatically by now since that’s usually how these things work. I keep checking and thinking, “Okay, maybe it just needs a little more time,” but at this point it feels like something got missed.

"Billing was off and took a while to sort out"
I signed up thinking the price was straightforward, but then my card got charged a different amount than I expected. It wasn’t a huge difference or anything — just enough to make me stop and think, wait, that’s not what I agreed to.

When I went into my account to check, the billing details didn’t really line up in a clear way. I had to dig around more than I should’ve, it just felt like a lot of time spent trying to figure out something that should’ve been simple.

Support did eventually respond, so I’ll give them that, but it felt slow and not especially helpful. I wasn’t asking for much, I just wanted the charge corrected without having to go back and forth over it

"Hard to Find the Right Course"
I had a frustrating time trying to figure out which course was actually right for me. The information wasn’t very clear, and when I asked for help, it kind of felt like they were talking down to me instead of just explaining things in a helpful way. I’m sure there’s a good course in there somewhere, but getting to it felt way harder than it needed to be.
